The design phase deals with objectives, analysis and conversion of assessment data into a framework for improvement and change. The design phase is systems oriented and targeted towards attaining specific goals.
In the development phase, content for training and dashboards for change initiatives are created and assembled. Projects are reviewed by key stakeholders and revised according to feedback.
The implementation phase delivers training, learning, and adoption of new organizational best practices engaging most or all executives, management, and members of inward and outward facing teams.
The evaluation phase consists of two aspects: formative and summative. Formative evaluation is present in each stage of the ADDIE process, while summative evaluation is conducted upon completion of training programs and/or change initiatives.

Winslow Swart, MAA
Chief Inspiration Officer
Winslow Consulting was founded and is led by Winslow Swart.
Mr. Swart holds a BA in Organizational Psychology, an MA in Administration and Organization Development and a Phd - honoris causa in Organizational Leadership.
Winslow serves on the board of directors of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he also leads and facilitates the Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program and is on the University of the Incarnate Word - MAA Advisory Board.
Winslow is also the highest ranking master instructor of the Japanese martial art of Kenseido outside of Japan. "Kendoshi Sensei" Winslow Swart achieved 7th dan in Kashima, Ibaraki, Japan in 2014. After a full-day of organizatonal development consulting and leadership training, he can be found evenings teaching children and adults at his dojo in San Antonio.
Eloy Alcantar, MBA

Eloy Alcantar brings a wealth of experience to Winslow Consulting’s clients in the areas of project management, financial planning, community impact, and employee engagement.
Eloy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Business Administration from Touro University International.
With the United States Coast Guard, Eloy worked in Finance and Procurement and has vast experience in Federal Acquisitions, Financial Accountability, and Asset Management.
Eloy advanced major projects at Brook City Base in his role as Regional Center Senior Coordinator focused on Real Estate Planning, Development, Project Management and supporting the EB-5 program.
Eloy serves on several boards and committees in the San Antonio area and continues to serve our nation in the Reserves.
