In the development phase, content for training and dashboards for change initiatives are created and assembled. Projects are reviewed by key stakeholders and revised according to feedback.
The implementation phase delivers training, learning, and adoption of new organizational best practices engaging most or all executives, management, and members of inward and outward facing teams.
The evaluation phase consists of two aspects: formative and summative. Formative evaluation is present in each stage of the ADDIE process, while summative evaluation is conducted upon completion of training programs and/or change initiatives.
